These shoe laces are perfect. Can't find the quality in stores. Correct diameter and waxed. When a shoe is tied the shoe laces do not slip. They hold for the entire day without having to te-tie them again.

I use these in my French Army boots that I use for reenacting the First World War. The make it easy to tighten and loosen the laces and work far better than leather strips. Sturdy and durable.

These so far are working well. My old laces got very twisted up so even trying to get them out to replce them was a chore. Hopefully these won't do the same thing. The only negative thing is they are not very smooth, sort of rough texture which makes threading them somewhat difficult as they tend to "stick" and not flow smoothly. Same thing when you go to actually tie your shoes. This might speed up wear and tear and only time will tell, but they are round and that's what I was replacing since the eyelets only accomodate round laces.

Came in hand but the laces feel very thin.
