Never had one of these. Used one before but never owned one. So did not want to invest like 50 or 100 bucks but need to do something for the few teeth I have left. One of them was getting loose and I had to see if this would help. I use this once a day after brushing and it seems to have helped the health in my mouth. My tooth is lots better and does not hurt now. Just washing out the gum line really helps. Now when you first use it you will feel like you are drowning. You can not look in the mirror while using. Water everywhere. Bend your head over the sink and let excess water run out while using. Powerful too. Never have turned it up all the way..Good Luck.

Works really well, get the job done. Lots of different tips to choose from, the selectable pressure is really nice. I don't know how anyone could use it on 10, I think you could take off paint with that one, so it has plenty of pressure. The only drawback I've found on it that the clamshell lid that you're supposed to be able to keep the tips in doesn't clip shut. When taking it off/on to add water it flops open and all the tools spills out, they don't clip in well either. Had to find another place to keep the tips and have to be careful when putting the lid back on or it ends up in the water. Other than that I recommend this pretty highly.

Works just like the branded type of not better. And it looks much nicer also. Water flow is strong. Size is about the same as the branded one and noise level is about the same.I would say it’s just as durable if not more than the branded one

Much better looking than our old one was. The wand part is alot more comfortable hold. It performs alot better than the old because unlike the last one this ones wand part has a switch to slide when you want the water to start going into your mouth rather than having to hold and release a button everytime you want to start and stop, much better design. The size is perfect doesn't take up much room. It makes about the same amount of noise as every other water pik I've owned, not much to advance on a running motor throwing high powered water I suppose. Overall it's a great device.

Works fine. VERY light and feels flimsy. There's a reason they put suction feet on it. You had better have a smooth flat surface for it to sit on, or you'll pull it over every time you try to pull on the wand. But in the realm of get what you pay for, it will do.

I purchased this item on September 20 and it stopped working on November 28. Up until then it worked great and did what it was supposed to do . . . then the motor quit. I went thru their troubleshooting procedure and that didn't help so I tried to contact the company but their link didn't work. It was easy to use and a good value but none of that matters it it doesn't work.
