Had it for 2 years and counting: it's honestly really good!
(First review on a product so bare with me) I've had this case since December of 2018 and I honestly this is the best case I've ever gotten for a phone. -It's incredibly durable! I'm pretty clumsy, so I cant tell you the amount of times I've dropped my phones before, but I'm never worried if I cracked the screen after buying this case. Actually, when I was working over the summer in 2019, I would play catch using my phone with my coworkers because of how confident I am that it wouldnt break. Hindsight, it's not something anyone should really do, but this case really does give me that confidence that not a lot of people have when they drop their phone from say off their bed, let alone playing catch and it falling to the ground with a fast velocity. -Screen protector has light scratches (for obvious reasons) that are noticeable when the screen is off and the light reflects it and 2 cracks that I would say is noticeable when on, but easy to ignore because they're small strokes. Considering how long I've had this case, and the abuse I put it through, that's not bad at all. -Buttons are covered, but the ports arent so dont try to dip your phone in water or anything. -I lost my s pen sometime after getting the case. Not the case's fault, more so mine for dropping the phone and not noticing it fall out, so I cant tell you much about how well the s pen slides across the screen. I can say though from what I remember, s pen still works fine with the screen protector on. -I saw one of the reviews complaining about the "glossiness" of the screen protector, that it never looks clean, but I dont think that's really relevant if you're just looking to have a good case that wont break on you. For me, I havent really noticed if my screen "looks dirty", I think it's pretty fine for what it is. -The case is a little bit bulky but that's what youd expect from a heavily protective phone case. If you wear women's jeans that have pockets, it definitely sticks out, and could fall out if you run, so I'd recommend putting it somewhere safe where it wont easily fall out or could be stolen. I think for men's jeans it's tall enough to stick out. It's also likely to fall out of a hoodie when you're running. Definitely has happened to me a couple times (without a scratch might I add!) Overall: if you're looking for a good, durable case that can last you a long time, I'd recommend Clayco's. It's high quality despite it being so cheap for a Samsung case! :)

Worth every penny. PLEASE READ.
Amazing product. I tried 5 different cases before this one and I can definetely day this one takes the crown. Reasons? First, NO DUST gets in to the case. This is a huge thing to me because I am very picky when it comes to trash or dust on my screen and not being able to whipe it off. The case is so sealed and the plastic screen protector fits so perfect that no dust comes in. Secondly, the feeling is awesome. It does feels a bit bulky but at the same time great for a full body case. Lastly, the durability and protection that it offers is insane. I've got my phone dropped, around water, around food, around dirt, and the case is still looking as sharp as the first day. Note: I see a lot of people complaining about the pen and, while it is definetely harder to take it out compared to other cases, it is not any harder than any other full body case. I've had 3 other full body cases and they all have the same difficulty to take the pen out as this one, and it isn't even that bad to be honest, you just need to find the trick and you'll be able to take it out every time with no trouble.

Screen protector leaves to be desired, but otherwise LOVE this case!
I went from a Note 8 to a Note 9 and had to leave my old trusty I-Blason case behind, so I spent a long time looking for something equivalent. This is the closest I found, and I've had it for about 8 months now, I think? Pros: - The fully-encasing design. I feel like this offers the best protection, and I have dropped my phone more times than I'd like to admit, and it's going strong! - The beveled design keeps my screen from touching the surface if I set it face-down (which I rarely do, but if it happens, I don't have to worry). I'll never buy a case that isn't beveled. Ever. - The silky rubberized texture. I bought the purpleish case (I'd hoped for pink, but it's really close to pink anyway), and the hard front piece that holds the screen protector has a pleasing hard plastic texture, and the remaining majority of the case (the dark purple part that covers the top, bottom, sides, and back) is a nice matte silky rubbery plastic feel. This may not matter to some, but I have sensory/touch issues, so something that I'm touching all the time needs to be pleasant to touch. 😊 - I can wirelessly charge through the case! Woohoo! Cons: - The clear screen protector leaves something to be desired. To its credit, it's taken the beatings instead of my actual screen when I've dropped my phone, so it does its job. I just don't care for the fact that the surface picks up scratches fairly easily, including from my thumb nail, which is not long, but barely touches the screen when I type and scroll. So there are pretty obvious scratch marks along the bottom of the screen where the keyboard is, and along the right side in an arc that shows exactly where my thumb moves when I scroll. I guess the softer design is like a tree bending in the wind, though, so it doesn't break and make you have to buy a whole new case each time. 🤷♀️ - Another complaint about the screen protector: over the course of use, little bits of dust and debris make their way under the clear part and then ever-so-slowly migrate across the inside of the clear part, so little specks are there but you have to remove the case to clean them out. BUT! The back of the screen protector is kind of sticky, so it's a pain in the butt to actually clean, and while you have it open to try to remove the speck, it attracts other specks! - Others have mentioned the S-Pen accessibility. It is slightly challenging if you don't have fingernails. Thankfully, I tend to have nails, but on the occasion my thumbnail breaks and I have to cut it down, it takes a little pushing to get the pen out. Normally, though, it's fine. All in all, if something happens to this case and I have to replace it, I'll try getting just some replacement screen protectors and see if I can remove the permanent one and put one in, and if not, I'll definitely buy another one of these! For its shortcomings, I really like this case, and will buy another if I need to for sure!!

I would buy it again (and I did)
This is my second time purchasing this phone case, and I want to stress that it was my own mistake that caused me to replace it at all. I bought my original case in August of 2021. It held up perfectly to everyday use until May of 2024. It would have still been going if I hadn't put my phone in a jacket pocket with a sharp screw. I ran around for hours with them both in my pocket and at the end of the day had a deep scratch on the screen protector. My actual phone screen was completely undamaged, so the case really did its job. I am not exactly gentle with my phone. I have a metal popsocket on the back that didn't even last an hour before I managed to scratch it. I toss it in the car, carry it in bags with loose car keys, and put in pockets with random screws and bolts. I've dropped it in water, kicked it across asphalt, and spilled coffee on it. My phone looks brand new whenever I take it out of the case. I've gotten water in the speakers and had some worry about the tinny sound, but that went away when it dried out. That's on me and not the case though. (Also do you really expect a 3 year old phone to still be truly water resistant?) I've never had issues with the side buttons or the touch screen at all. Everything fits perfectly. Opening the case can be kind of tricky sometimes, but honestly that's not even a complaint. I know the phone will never pop out of the case on its own. Even with fake nails I still manage to get it open.

Not good with S-Pen
Pros: It fits very snugly. It fits accurately - all of the cutouts except the S-Pen cutout are centered over the corresponding phone feature. All of the buttons work perfectly. The phone has been dropped about 4 times now since I put the case on it, and I don't see any chips, dents, or significant scratches on the case. (I haven't taken the case off since the drops occurred, but I'm assuming that the phone too has suffered no damage.) Touch screen works perfectly. Cons: The cutout for the S-Pen...well, it's hard to describe. Let's just say that the opening is small enough that it is hard to put enough pressure on the pen to get it to release from the phone, and once you do get it to release, you have to rotate your wrist about 90 degrees either up or down from the neutral (with your palm facing the center of your body) position so that you can curl one of your fingers or your thumb up from he back side of the phone, then hook your nail under the pen it so that you can pull the pen out. Obviously that's not impossible, but it is awkward. It is also difficult to put enough pressure on the S-Pen to lock it back into the phone. I have to say that the case is not S-Pen friendly. Also good to know: To use the Smart Switch data transfer from your old phone to your new Note9 VIA CABLE, you must use an adapter that comes with your phone. This adapter will NOT plug into the Note9 with this case on - the adapter won't fit in the cutout. And the case is hard to remove! So either be sure to do the Smart Switch before you put the case on, or do it wirelessly. Also, I have seen some rainbowing on the screen, and I know that bothers some people. To summarize, the case seems to be providing good protection, but only adequate accessibility. Edit 12/2019: The glass screen protector has a LOT of scratches all over it. I don't store my phone with hard sharp things that I'd expect would scratch it, like keys or coins, so I don't know what's caused this. Particles and dust work their way under the screen protector too, and since the case is so hard to remove, it's a pain to clean under there.

Ok. So I shouldve bought this case to start with.
Bought a different case at 1st because it "looked" beafier in photos on its listing page than this one AND it was a bit less expensive. The other case came with a separate screen protector. The other case AND its separate screen protector turned out to be junk. Couldnt wireless charge through the case and its screen protector left tons of bubbles. In comparison, THIS CASE is pretty excellent and well worth the extra couple of dollars. Its tough, I can charge wirelessly through it, and my screen is chrystal clear through the screen protector with no touch sensativity issues whatsoever. So dont be like me and waste money trying to save money. Just buy this case from the get go. I wont even use the cheaper case as a backup. When this case starts to show too much wear, Ill get another like it.

Glass is not scratch proof
The back case etc is good but the top glass is not scratch proof. Can see scratches on the glass.

CLAYCO COVER SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9
Robusta e esteticamente molto bella. Non è la prima che prendo di questa marca. Il mio smartphone è in ottima "custodia ". Mi è caduto qualche volta e il suo compito l'ha svolto benissimo. L'ha riparato da danni devastanti. Io lo consiglio

Sleek, reliable but front protector requires improvement.
Clayco design is sleek yet feel slim & roundedly protected to hands. Only the front protector screen is loose on touchscreen after installed & need use cloth to massage out air everytime from front protector before touchscreen is responsive. Delivery per standard.

I really like this, now I've modified it !
I really like this case, it's strong and offers great protection on the corners. The rubberised back makes the phone a lot less slippery to hold. It adds some bulk to the phone but nowhere near as much as some other cases I've tried. The case comes in two parts with the front piece containing a screen protector . I'm not a big fan of these, so I ripped it off and then just clipped the front plastic frame in place. The phone still fits perfectly. Obviously I've lessened the degree of protection for the screen but the frame will still act as a bumper so I'm happy with that. The back doesn't show finger prints either which is another plus for me
