Perfect “house phone”. We bought this basic bar phone specifically to leave around the house as a shared landline replacement, an/or ditch the smartphone for a while. Paired with a T-Mobile MVNO SIM. It’s been excellent for voice-only use. Reception & Call Quality: Crystal-clear calls, rock-solid signal even in our basement. Battery Life: Insanely good – easily 7+ days on a single charge with Bluetooth left on 24/7 for occasional headset use. Bluetooth: Pairs instantly and stays connected without dropouts. Rear Speaker: Surprisingly LOUD for ringer/alerts – you’ll hear it from the next room...or county. Built-in Flashlight: Bright, handy, and always there when you need it. Minor nitpick: The speakerphone is a bit quiet; you’ll want to hold it close or switch to a headset in noisy environments. Not a deal-breaker for us since we rarely use speakerphone. If you want a simple, rugged, ultra-long-lasting phone for calls, texts, and the occasional flashlight emergency, this is it. No bloat, no distractions, just reliable basics done right. Highly recommended for anyone looking to ditch the smartphone at home!

BEWARE: Advertised as unlocked. 100% WAS/ IS NOT unlocked! I’ve attempted to contact the manufacturer to get phone unlocked and have not been able to get a hold of them. I needed this ASAP and now I’m trying to see if Amazon can expedite an ACTUAL unlocked phone to me… I guess we’ll see. Horribly inconvenient and deceptive!

I would have given 5 stars, but opening the phone requires a knife to pry down the battery panel. I did everything to not use a wedge to open the phone. In the end, it took a sharp thin knife to open the phone.
