Got this, to use with the ones I already have. (Needed for the full size pans I now use along with the half pans in my old tins). Six Winsor & Newton Artists full pans plus one half pan fit easily into each section with a bit of spare space at the end, so 24 full plus four half pans in total. They can be clamped in place with the bendable fixings to stop them sliding.You can also fit half pans into the section meant for a paintbrush, if you turn the pans sideways and press them down firmly. I've done this in the old tin containing half pans and have used it this way successfully for quite a while now. All my tins look pretty much the same design although from different suppliers. This one was very good value, I just had to wait a bit longer as it was imported, but it did arrive more quickly than the estimated date. Haven't used it on the move but I guess it'd be ok as it closes firmly enough, although I'd be tempted to put a rubber band around it just to be sure.

When this box arrived it had two deep dents in the lid. The fact that the metal is of a very flimsy thickness and grade enabled me to flatten out the dents from the inside quite easily. This doesn't bode well for it's future use and it's potential to stand up to much wear and tear.The inner tray is incredibly well constructed but rattles around terribly in the box. I Blue-tacked it in place to stop this happening. This is very much a case of getting what one pays for.

Superb item, love it.Enabled me to save all my old tube paints.Will definitely buy again.
