Slik Pro 340DX Complete Tripod

Lighweight, easily collapsable and lockable legs. It appears surprisingly robust and well made. Whilst I haven't used it 'in the field', I have set it up with camera and 150-500mm lens and it is perfectly stable providing the camera is orientated correctly with the camera and lens pointing directly over the front leg....do not understand other reviewers who say these tripods are unstable. Comparatively, and superficially at the moment, it seems excellent value for money.

A hard wearing tripod, solid

This tripod was actually better than I expected,sold contruction and sturdy enough to take my canon 650dwith an 18-200 lens attached.slight shake at the top end but using the remote switch this solved the problem. Ideal for the budding novice like myself.item was bought to replace aslik tripod that was bought in charity shop but I like the slik bran so bought this upgrade.delivery from this supplier was excellent would not hesitate to use them again.

When I bought this tri-pod, I had honestly not set my hopes up for anything good in terms of structure and usage etc... But was I wrong! For a small price, this Tri-Pod works exceptionally well! - The build is sturdy and strong, it doesn't jam up or stiffen, and it is a brilliant addition to my equipment!I recommend this a lot! Do yourself and your camera a favour - BUY THIS TRI-POD!

A good, solid tripod for it's size - but beware of the weight if you are looking for something portable as I was. It isn't a light-weight affair, and adds significantly to a rucksack's overall weight.

I looked at quite a few different models and manufacturers in various stores and was almost tempted to buy .after reading the reviews for this I decided to give it a try. Very glad I did. The build quality far surpasses the ones I looked at and the price was much cheaper.I would thougraly recomend this to anyone

I was after a decent tripod to replace the cheap own brand one I had previously.I was looking for either a Manfrotto or a Slik. Glad I opted for the Slik, really good valueconsidering the quality. It's nice and compact too, so pretty portable.Very happy.
