CamelBak Thrive Chug Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle Navy, 32oz

Having had some different insulated bottles, I've learned over the years that some designs have too many crevasses and parts to clean, extra gaskets etc... for chug style lids. This Thrive Chug from CamelBak is the simplest and best design I think. The lid has a silicon spout that doubles as the gasket so it can be taken out to clean as one part and the lid is easy to clean. The chug cap automatically stays open and out of the way with a spring mechanism when you open it to drink which works well so far. I got the Stone color and the lid being a light matching color helps to see any dirt or mold and essential for proper cleaning routines. Many other brands have black lids and that hides what I want to see. The insulated bottle is nice quality with a soft bumper bottom that will help protect from wear and grip surfaces well. The whole bottle is dishwasher safe and its rated for hot and cold beverages. Overall this bottle checks all my boxes for a chug style insulated bottle.

Excellent water bottle! Keeps water so cold and the size is perfect, it fits snuggly in my car cup holder. For the price, it’s very hard to beat. The handle makes it super easy to carry and lug around when holding other things. Highly recommended.

Camelbak finally got it right! This is an outstanding bottle that keeps my water cold. I put ice in it with water and the ice lasted at least two days. The soft base was a thoughtful feature I appreciate, but the biggest improvement is the hinged cap that springs open. I avoided their bottle with the plastic hinge, so when I saw this one I jumped on it and I'm glad I did.

Great water bottle! The spout is silicone, the lid is “spring loaded” using basically a rubber band which works well and won’t rust, the bottom is rubberized too. The cap for the spout screws down and doesn’t leak a drop. Ice lasts very long if the bottle isn’t in direct sunlight.

Works perfectly for me. I especially like that the drinking spout is covered with a lid, which is great for the outdoors and work shops. Well constructed and keeps my water cold as advertised. If you want one of these buy from Amazon for best selection of colors and sizes.

This is awesome bottle! Great color, sturdy build, good size handle, rubber base and dishwasher safe vessel and lid. However two things really bothered me. One the bottle lid/chug spout had a terrible smell. I hand washed twice and still the smell did not go away. The second thing is lack to groves in the chug cap. The chug has a smooth but textured finish. So it's a little slippery to open. You have to grip it hard to open it esp when you have dry hands. But overall I really like the bottle. But not sure if I am going to keep it. Haven't tested cold or thermal retention.

Love this bottle. It keeps my drink extremely cold, especially in this Florida heat. I like that it’s 32 ounces and it fits in my car holder. It’s a good value for the product.

Love it. I needed a bottle for travel that would fit a cup holder and still hold enough water that I wasn’t constantly having to fill. Also the cap being attached is great. No leaks seems durable.
