We were not disappointed. They weren't lumpy at all; they were smooth and creamy. They were easy to make, with just water, milk, and butter. It took just a couple seconds to whip them smooth. They tasted great and the bag makes quite a few nice sized servings. My bag arrived fresh and in good condition. For the size and number of servings, it is a good value. Two thumbs up!
