Q: Can this be cut to use as a Diaphram in vacuum pump?

Yes, but depending on the diameter of the diaphragm it might be too thick.

Q: Is the 6x6 in inches or feet?

Q: Would this material be good to replace the rubber flapper on a boat exhaust? It would need to be very heat resistant and capable of retaining shape.

I am using it to replace the gaskets on gas cans so not sure about the heat resistant part.
