Great little tool for homemade bread!
I’ve been really enjoying using this bread lame. It feels well made and gives me much better control when scoring dough before baking. The design is simple but practical, and it’s easy to use once you get the hang of the right angle and pressure. I especially like being able to make clean cuts and add different patterns to the top of my loaves. It makes homemade bread look much more professional and gives the baking process a little extra fun. The handcrafted look is also a nice touch. Overall, I’m very happy with it.
