Excellent for seniors
These are excellent for rehab and general exercise in a low impact for seniors and those with limited agility. They produce a water resistant effort to suit your ability for general health benefits or weight loss program. I am 90 years old and can exercise with these in the pool for an hour and more.

They Work Perfectly
I love these aquatic dumbbells - they work perfectly. My community recently started a Water Aerobics Class and I needed to get my own dumbbells. These are perfect. Plus, I like the color.

these aqua dumbells give you a great workout
I love these aqua dumbells. There are so many things you can do with them in the pool to work all the different muscles. I use them twice a week in a class and then take them to my own pool to use them on my own to work the triceps, the biceps, and the legs (I hold them out and kick across the pool). A great buy for an all-around workout.

They work. I wish these were all labelled as to their resistance in the water. I'm careful but they get gouged and crumble easily.

These are amazing. . Light weight, but they do the trick. . .
these are a total surprise. You would not think that they are affective, but man oh man they sure are.I have been using them in the pool for 3 weeks, and I can feel a difference. you think oh how much can they help, you will be surprised, they provide a really affective work out, they dry fast too. Highly recommend, especially if you are just starting out using water exercise equipment.
