I love this book!!! It is well written and the information about the spices and herbs is incredibly informative. I prefer to cook with spices rather than adding salt to enhance the taste. This book is exactly what I was looking for.

I have recently discovered curry and Indian food. I have been wanting to get some recipes. This book is chock full of then. They all sound excellent. Thank you for sharing your experience. One question please. The recipe for butter chicken doesn't State how much butter to melt. If you can answer terrific.

I was pleased to see the variety of recipes and the wealth of information contained in this volume. I've been cooking with curry spices for years but l earned several new things in this pleasant little volume. The recipes, although somewhat similar in nature to each other, dd result in some tasty dishes. If you are new to Curry and preparing curry dishes, this book is a nice starting point. If you are a seasoned curry cook, you might find a few tidbits that will lend a positive note to your dishes. Overall, this is a nice little book.

this book is concise and very informative on the use of curry, We have tried a few of the recipes (just got the book a few weeks ago) which were really yummy. If you love curry, this book is for you.

This book is just what I have been looking for to try and master the health benefits from curry, and new recipes for my family. A great book with thorough descriptions of where to purchase curry, history of curry, different brands, and recipe strength's. Even a great selection of recipes are included in this book. I'm so lucky to have this book, and get healthier!I highly recommend this book, and any of his books to live a healthier, longer, and better life.
