Got this as a gift for my boss, she thought it would only be a little bit warm and ended up burning herself a little when she touched it! Highly recommend to keep your drinks warm for longer!!

Doesn't have as much juice as intended but that's my fault

Happy with product but, it was sent with no packaging. The address sticker was placed directly onto the products box over the details on the back. This was a gift for someone, I can’t get the label off without damaging the box so, won’t look great as a present with a massive sticker over it and was just lucky it wasn’t taken by anyone

Even on the low setting, it gets too hot. The casing also gets very hot indeed. The setting that detects a mug also needs to be reset every time you switch on. As a result, this is not a usable product even though it does keep the drink warm.

Works well,no more cold cuppas

I've tried many USB versions of cup warmers and some are better than others. This item is the 'beast' though when it come to cup warmers! Absolutely worth every penny. Keeps the beverage very hot and so easy to use. I will never go back to USB versions again! Update: Had this for 5 months and noticed the cable at the back of the warmer has split exposing the Negative an Live wires. We've had to discard the unit as this could cause an electric shock. Really disappointed in this as it was, otherwise such a good product hence the lower rating now.

Bought this as a candle warmer as it’s safer than open flames. The base is really sturdy and you can adjust the temperature easily. The design is nice and simple, easy to use and looks good. Great value for money and it makes your candles last longer with no tunnelling etc

Lovely little stocking filler or gift, warms mugs well, we had a big old mug on it and it still effectively heated it, would recommend,
