ジョギング・マラソンが趣味の30台後半男性です。 最近体力の低下を感じ始めたので改善目的で購入しました。 海外発送なので少し心配していましたが、注文後約1週間で商品が届きました。 BCAAと聞いて運動時の持続力強化、パフォーマンスの維持をイメージする人も多いと思いますが、 普段のトレーニング（10km走、40-50分）では特に劇的な変化を感じるにはいたっていません。 プラセボ効果含め、若干バテにくくなったかな？と感じる程度です。 一方で運動後に摂取するようになってから、翌日の疲労の蓄積具合が軽くなり 朝の目覚めも良くなったと実感するようになった事から、一定の疲労回復は有ると思われます。 上記の様に劇的なパフォーマンス向上などは無かったものの、私の使用量・購入単価で 1日あたり20円程とコストパフォーマンスには優れているため暫く本製品とお付き合いしようと思っています。 カプセルが若干大きめで少し飲み難いものの、外国製サプリにありがちな味の悪さを感じる恐れも無く どなたにでも気軽に利用できる商品だという印象です。

トレーニングの30分前と、トレーニング翌日の朝に服用してます。効果としては、トレーニング直後ですと、体脂肪が急激に落ちたりしますが、翌朝には大体戻ってます。(笑) トレーニングの翌朝に服用すると筋肉痛とかは和らいでいる気がします。 基本的には、発汗作用があるのか、服用すると汗がよく出ます。トレーニングも筋肉を増量する目的ではなく、ダイエット目的ですので、個人的には筋肉痛を和らぐ効果で、毎日ハードトレーニングしても疲れません。仙豆みたいな使い方してます。あと粒は大きいので、飲み込む際は気をつけて下さい。

軽い運動時のサポートに利用。運動前に飲むといつもより汗が出る感じ。ちょっと大きくて飲みずらいけどコスパ高いと思います。

This works to remove muscles pains after hard exercises . I take them straight after omg I have done too much exercises and next day I never experience any pains . Sometimes my club pushes us far too much or I had taken too many classes in a week . I also sometimes overdone with machines . Last time I bought 400 capsules but no longer available and the price got slightly inflated but I cannot live without these ! My favorite. I can be brave for sports without worrying next day !

A 50 ans , les après-midi au bureau sont parfois soporifiques, avec ces gélules plus de coup de barres, c'est vraiment efficace, j'ai repris un peu de musculation et un peu de vélo pour le cardio, c'est plus facile, ça marche !!
