I really liked the movie it was very interesting it made me not look away!

I am in recovery from an eating disorder and watch films with a side eye. Most often, the disorder is caused by what society thinks an eating disorder is caused by (a pro-ED website, magazine, model, etc). This film gets it right. It's about control. I didn't rate it a full 5 stars as I thought some characters could've been used more or been developed more (Matt's girlfriend, Julien aka the guy Olivia was into, their parents). However, this was one of the better films showing how an eating disorder voice gets louder and louder over time and you have to really learn to block out the urges/behaviors/voice. It's clear Troian Bellisario took care with this script and story, and has an eating disorder background. I wish this was talked about more than "To the Bone", which I felt clumsily tried to do what this film managed to.

I love Tom Felton and his acting was awesome as usual.But what was this movie? The borderline incestuous relationship is so distracting.I'm not really sure why they felt the need to add that it completely overshadows the Ed aspect of this movie.The Ed and Olivia's struggle with that and loss could have been very interesting. But it's so hard to get past the uncomfortable dynamic between these siblings. It's not a horrible movie it's just very odd.

Watched to see Tom Felton. But the movie was actually really good. Especially pertaining to food issues which doesn’t get enough attention. Really good film

This is a great movie that didn't recieve much hype. Anorexia is a serious problem and affect people in different ways. This is a good movie and will keep you spellbound until the end.

This movie was so good. I found it really easy to get caught up in it. The movie puts you there with Olivia and the mental anguish she goes through. I personally like that it doesn't go with the typical tropes and such of most movies with ED as a central part of it. It focused on her mental wellbeing and helps to put the audience at unease. You can never really be too sure what's happening in the world of her mind and what's happening in reality.It made me cry several times, the loss and anguish hit hard.

"Feed" really outdid itself. As someone who has suffered with anorexia in the past, I feel like this movie did an outstanding job of portraying anorexia in the least triggering way as possible. The movie didn't focus on the "tricks" that people with anorexia do, rather it focused on the mental anguish of having anorexia. I love that the movie portrayed her brother as the voice of her eating disorder, a comforting friend (or twin in this case) that is difficult to let go. The movie was superbly portrayed by each actor in the film. Troian did amazing work writing, directing, and acting in this film. The ending was hauntingly perfect. I highly recommend "Feed" to anyone who has someone in their life suffering from anorexia.

Feed is written, directed, and starred by Troian Bellisario. I absolutely adore this film, not only because it has my favorite actress in it, but it's chilling and mysterious. The scenes are stunning - the soundtrack is beautiful. The story is heartwrenching and touching.And the end is so real about the subject it's on. Having Matt go from supportive older brother to her cruel and overbearing ED voice was a great storyline. I don't think any of this makes coherent sense but just take my word on it: It's beautiful, a little triggering so proceed with caution, and amazing imagery.

Je me suis littéralement ennuyée au bout de vingt minute. Il ne se passe rien. Temps mort par-dessus temps mort. On a juste envie de sortir le dvd et de le balancer par la fenêtre. Dommage, le trailer annonçait une merveille, surtout avec les acteurs en avant plan.

Fantastic film, gives you a great insight on loss and eating disorders. Troian plays her part wonderfully.

Troian Bellisario spielt ihre Rolle in dem Film sehr glaubhaft und glänzt für mich auch wieder mit ihrer schauspielerischen Leistung. Ich mag sie sehr als Schauspielerin. Ich freue mich auf noch weitere tolle Filme mit ihr, die sicher noch in der Zukunft folgen. Dieser Film ist ihr erstes eigenes Werk als Autorin und ich finde, das es mehr als gelungen ist. Die Handlung schweift nicht ab, bleibt gradlinig und der Film erzählt das, was er erzählen soll.Tom Felton hat mir in seiner Rolle auch sehr gut gefallen und er hat es sehr glaubhaft dargestellt.Ich kann den Film sehr empfehlen.

Wow es ist ein sehr krasser und toller Film! Natürlich mit meinem Lieblingsschauspieler Tom Felton! Ich hab die DVD zufällig gesehen und gekauft und nun schau ich sie mir sehr oft an! Ich empfehle es einfach nur weiter 🤩
