Will you replace the milk frother after 2 or 3 years, if it went defecive? Amazon only provides 30 days return window.

Yes. Our service is different with Amazon's return window. Even the return window closed, your 2 year service is still alive so you can still contact to claim a replacement.

You can contact via Amazon. Login your Amazon account and find this order, then click the button "Get product support" and then click the button "Visit FoodVille Support".

Why some customers reported the item will go defective after several years?

Honestly every electronic has its defective rate and all we can do is lower this rate. The defective rate is 4.9% or so in the last 3 months but will increase to 7.6% in 1 year. So that's why we extend the replacement service to 2 years.
