NOT RECOMMEND
I do not recommend this product. The plastic finish on the model has a lot of residual material from the mold machine, which makes it difficult to sand. This is a significant problem because the model is intended to be used as a sample for painting. The amount of work required to prepare the surface for painting is excessive.

If you paint cars you need these....
I build a new project car or truck every 2 to 3 years. Months before we even build we establish our color schedule and finish "look." Currently I work in a lot of flake, pearl, and particle chameleon finishes which need to be seen in many lights to get a feel for what the look will be on the vehicle. I would not even think about trying to paint anything without doing 6 to 10 samples with the speed shapes.
