Very functional
This chair is very comfortable. I was drawn to it because the seat is adjustable which allows my knees to fit comfortably in a 90 degree angle. I am 5/2" and many standard chair depths are too long. The padding in the seat is a nice attribute as well. The back support is good, even better when it is locked in upright position. It looks sleek and modernized and is very sturdy.

Solid chair, good choice
Disclaimer: Have only had the chair for a short while, will update if anything notable changes In general, the chair is a major improvement over my last one. The last one was a similarly priced gaming chair that was reviewed really highly for a home office. This one isn't perfect, but in general is probably a couple tiers above my last one. To be clear, although the last one was really well reviewed, I really didn't like it. It was hot (gaming chairs have those tall, closed off backs), the seat was skinny and cramped, the seat shape didn't feel comfortable, and controlling things like the height never felt 100% functional. As far as this one goes... Pros: * Instructions don't make any sense, but as soon as you YouTube how to put it together it becomes apparent that it's INCREDIBLY simple * The arms are really solid, but perhaps more importantly it's really easy to change how far they are from the seat, which is to say you can effectively change how squeezed in you are really easily * The seat is really comfortable * The back is sturdy and breathable, and is both comfortable and feels good for posture * Controlling the height feels really sturdy and has a wide range (will update if the sturdiness begins failing too soon) * The seat can be slid backwards / forwards to change the orientation Cons * Just a tiny bit wobbly (probably less so than the vast majority of chairs at this price, but worth noting in case you think it's going to be one of those super locked-in-place chairs) * The feature that allows the seat to be slid backwards / forwards doesn't 100% lock into place so it slides just slightly during regular use (sorry, it's kind of hard to explain what I mean here -- ultimately I'm pretty finicky and it doesn't really bother me, but it's one of those things I suspect a more expensive chair wouldn't have to deal with). Without this I probably give the seat 5 stars, and in truth probably 4.5 stars would be more accurate for me

A great upgrade from inexpensive/standard desk chairs
I read & browse daily for hours online. My old chair was slipping in height and really not good for support or general comfort. Overall: This Hon 2.0 is roomy, easy to assemble, supportive, well made & quite comfortable. Fit: I'm 5'6 - my feet in a mid-height position rest comfortable on the floor (I have long legs) and there are height options should I like to adjust. The seat is roomy, comfortable & supportive under my quads towards knees. In the seat forward/or back back position, even more so. I can tuck my feet under & use base spokes to rest my heels. Mechanisms: Everything is fairly smooth. Needs some pressure even when tension is released to tilt back - that's mostly fine - adds to support. Assembly - major chair parts were packed in protective thick plastic. Seat part is fairly heavy. The tool to bolt seat to back is included. Parts were undamaged & sturdy. The only real difficulty I had was snapping wheels into base. Using a hammer to help (only one wheel snapped in with hand pressure) required a few try's, till they were secured. No damage at all using this method. What I like: Comfort & support. A solid roomy chair with a slim profile. Arm & height & depth adjustments work well & relate to function & need. Seat cushion & back mesh is comfortable & accommodating. Lumbar support is supportive and not intrusive. All chair movement & adjustments available are functional though tilt could require less pressure $$ = value for sure.

Poor quality
Chair is decently comfortable the first few months. However, after sitting on it every work day after a couple months I noticed one side of the seat seemed to be poking at me. Apparently the mesh is just stapled to hold together. Definitely not worth the money, especially considering I bought this significant cheaper than what it is currently listed for at the time of writing this.

Wow You Get What You Pay For - Great Chair!
I had the $170 on sale for $80 chair from an office supply house that I used for a few years, but I was having a lot of trouble with pain in my back and right arm. I'm a super fit person spending too much time in a chair like this, at least until I retire, in the chair 10 hours a day, getting up frequently. This chair everything adjusts - the arms both height and how close they are to the body, the back, the height. Really comfortable! The installation instructions were not good at all but they have a 2 minute youtube video, got it assembled in 10. Love it!

Cheap Build Quality
I've been using this chair daily for a little over 2 years now and recently the lift cylinder, which is responsible for adjusting the height of the chair, has started to slowly drop on me over the course a day. Every day I find I need to re-adjust the height of the chair now. For a chair this expensive I expected the build quality to be better but it's really just another office chair with a cheap build quality. I'd recommend saving your money and going for a less expensive option. My previous office chair was in the $100-$200 range. I got it in 2013 and it lasted 10 years until the lift cylinder gave out. I should have saved money and gone with the same one but I thought I'd splurge a bit on what I thought was a nicer chair. This chair is a bit more comfortable than my previous chair but the slowly dropping lift cylinder drives me nuts.

Well made chair/easy assembly!!
This is a great chair it's everything that HON said it would be!! It's very comfortable and well made and also no squeaking at all like many other chairs I've had in the past! Many reviews stated that this chair was hard to assemble but for me it was no problem at all and took me about 15 minutes to do!
