Previously had such a bad toilet seat that even house guests wouldn't use the facilities. It took an age to fit with much swearing and it was constantly loose to the point where I'd spin round every time I used it. I was amazed by the difference after buying this seat. It's chunky, heavy and obviously good quality. Can't believe I was putting up with such flimsy plastic before! My husband fitted it and said it was very easy to do and anchored on tightly with no issues. Love the shell design as it's a bit different but considerably classier than the crab print I stupidly bought last time round. I'm using a mild cleaning solution to clean it but if it does stain like other reviewers have said, I'd still happily buy a replacement. I am ridiculously pleased about my purchase and I think it's worth considerably more than £20.

Good quality, easy to fit, doesn’t slip, good soft close feature. Nice.

Was a bit wary about sizing as I have an old trad oval type toilet. Fitted fine. Take a minute to inspect the instructions first. So you get the bits in the right places. Then takes only a few minutes to fit. Don't force anything. A little pressure on the 'nuts' is more than adequate. It hasn't moved an inch after being fitted so far. The seat itself is very solidly built, and rather heavy. When open the lid and seat remain upright, they don't lean back against the cistern like some do. Possibly the best toilet seat I'd ever had. If you have small children the weight of the seat may be an issue, as it does come down with a bang if it's slammed shut.

What an excellent toilet seat, Sturdy and well made, so very easy to fit, as we are by no means DIY enthusiasts and have had previous dreadful experiences with fitting toilet seats they don't fit or move around but not this one, it was so very simple, and looks absolutely stunning. The added bonus of being very easy to clean. I would never buy another make of toilet seat this will be my forever one :-) as It just ticks all the boxes.I spend thousands of pounds per year buying from Amazon but never have time to review but I thought on this rare occasion I would have to write a review and share with everyone this product!!*Also as I am on here, just to say a huge thank you to Amazon for their excellent service over the past 8 or so years with them, I would never shop anywhere else it is just so easy and they are always so prompt in resolving any issues I have which are few and far between considering the amount I purchase!
