I have made several miniature doll house kits from different manufacturers. the instructions on how to build the Bicycle Angel house look like they have been copied several times and the colored printer that was used was running out of ink the streaks are so bad the instructions are unreadable! Luckily, you can go on youtube and someone has made a video on how to make most of it, the rest you are on your own. I love the house design and the materials, don't think I will buy another kit by Cute Room.

The so called instruction book is some faded copies of the original instructions. Difficult to see and read.
