Useless
Sent it back. Too much money for too little usable advice. Ingredients for the variety of smoothies would cost more than my weekly allotment for groceries, and that's assuming I could find them.

To all tinnitus sufferers. This is a serious book! Please read my review.
I suffer mildly from Tinnitus. On my SWA Bioscan I am able to check 10 out of the Tinnitus 12. Result: 9 out of 10 insufficient. About 4% out of the 300 things I am able to check is insufficient or not okay. Clearly there is a relationship between The Tinnitus 12 ingredients and Tinnitus. I discovered also other things. Check Potassium insufficiency and Tinnitus. Ask your self the question: "Why doesn't my body absorb these nutrients? I hope you will get better, but it will take a long time to heal your body after eating very bad all your life.

Falls Claim of Tinnitus Relieve
The book is well written by non-medical or train doctor to deceive desperate Tinnitus patients with falls hope. I have followed the book recipe for past two months without any noticeable result or relieve. I believe the example in the book is an entertaining fiction and a good smoothy recipe but don't set your hope up.

Good idea but poor results.
Did not work at all. I followed the directions exactly. 21 days of pretty good smoothies but no results. I may try again.

I have been busy and not followed. So I can't tell you. Have more time coming up in Jan and plan to follow than.

The ingredients for the recipes cost way more one could afford
Cost of the ingredients is more than what most people would spend for a meal

Good nutritional advice, whether or not it cures tinnitus
I would recommend going to tonakitinnitusprotocol.com to inform yourselves more on the proposed solution. I purchased the ebook and i think it is important for anyone trying any so-called cure diet to approach it with the knowledge that it may not work. I simply like the idea that real research went into this, and i am learning about new and healthy ingredients to add to my diet. A $37 cook book isn't a crazy purchase. The food expense is not much more than normal, and it is only for 21 days. I was able to find most ingredients at the grocery store, filling in at GNC. Some of us crave health and healing more than others. If it's not for you, don't bother putting in a non-informative bad review. On another note, i have researched nutrition for years, and there is nothing but good advice here. Whether it cures, that remains to be seen.
