I was on a South Pacific island that had no electricity in the bungalows, though you were allowed to charge in the kitchen area. I left this in the sun all day on my deck, and used it to charge my iPad and telephone in the evening. It seemed slow, but it did work according to plan. I had a hard time finding the flashlight button ... .better marking needed.

 This device is pretty good! We have another charger already but had issues like sudden drop in charging level. Charging the unit through wall was faster than solar. I was fascinated by solar charging and flashlight!We set it to charge our smartphone once it was fully charged itself, and it charged as fast as through wall. This also has a lot of cool extra features.Comes with a handy carabiner to clip it to your pack.Has two surprisingly bright lights so it can function as a flashlight in a pinch, and also has a strobe setting.It charged my phone from 12% to full 4 times till it dead.Has a good protection, no need to worry about it drops.Cons: Charging cable is to short, but doesn’t matter, I have a lot of android cable.Overall highly recommended, for the price I paid, I am really happy!

I was surprised with the quality and features this device has. Fast charging capacity as if they are connected to regular wall port. Flashlight is impressive. The protective mechanism is something great addition given the chances of accidental falls and having kids in the house. I had tried few other similar chargers but this beats all of them. Great buy for the price and usage. We were impressed with solar charging which can be handy when you do outdoors and still have access to charge your devices and ease of usage.We are very happy with this purchase.

All I can say is wow! My friend told me about this product and I'm so happy I decided to buy. I’m going to be purchase one for my dad as well who is an avid outdoorsman. This will be awesome in sunny California. Really fantastic!

Doesn’t work on solar mode! Just when you charge at wall! If you wanna user like a solar, don’t waste your money! I try to left more than 4 days at sun like the sellers said... but still nothing... just when u charger at wall!

It does a decent job of charging my phone, this is just what I needed. The compass is cool but I really like the light feature..

Don’t waste your money!! I’ve only used this solar charger a handful of times and it has stopped working after only two months! Very disappointed.
