Dont work on samsung s8 without an adaptor.
This will not plug into a Samsung s8 without an adaptor. Then after finding an adaptor to plug it in and downloading the app. It did absolutely nothing. I will be looking for a different card reader that will work without adaptors. Not pleased at all with product . This is the first time I have given anything less than 3 stars. I should have listened to other peoples reviews. This thing dont work.

a must have purchase
absolutely perfect and convenient. I did have to purchase an adapter for my Android since it doesn't use the older style but that doesn't change the fact that this is a must have for guys with multiple cams.

Not all cards work
I was jazzed up to get this... been using cheaper "dongles" - but this only works on about half my cards where all of cards work on the cheaper dongles.

Needed to check my trail cam while in the field and this works, only complaint is you can't leave the usb -c adapter on and close it up
