Overall, it’s decent for back support so far. I think it’s slightly firm/slightly soft which is great for my lower back. It’s also slightly smaller than I expected. In general, I think it works best for lower back support and stability, but I personally won’t be using this every night just based off size alone for my height 5’9.

The pillow is cooling to the touch and is very easy to travel with. I went on a trip the day after I received my order and simply rolled it up and put it back in the bag it was shipped in. The bag is extra durable and the pillow slips in and out of the bag reasonably easy. The memory foam construction is VERY comfortable and provides just enough elevation to support my back without being too obtrusive.

Im going to use this for lumbar support on a chair only. I tried while sleeping and my back hurt worse in the morning. The pain actually woke me up. Tried in cervical area and that wasn't comfortable either. Just feels like there isn't any give to the memory foam at all.

-nice smooth outer cover, if you toss and turn it stays put and you slide over it easily, unlike a standard pillowcase-bottom is flat to stay put better, I didn't know until it got here but it's good! Just not what I expected-it's so Texture. That's a compliment. It's smooth and firm but gives just enough to cradle.-good in lots of different positions (under butt/behind back sitting up, under small of back or knees lying down)-no weird smell-pillowcase zips on so it won't come offNo notes. Cheap, effective, pleasant to use.
