Does this chair come in 1 or 2 pieces?

This chair comes with one recliner and one ottoman.

It just arrived. i could have sworn it said it comes in 2 boxes, but i only got 1 box. can someone confirm before i start assembling?

The entire unit including recliner and ottoman was in one big box.

The description says the seat is 19.75" from floor; standard chair height is 18"...so why do so many reviews say the seat is lower than normal?

Hi, the 19.75 inches is the height from the highest seating to the floor and the 17.7 inches in the rear seating area.

Where does the head rest against the chair? I am 5’8” and need my neck supported.

I’m 5’10” and the top of my head rests approximately 2” above the top of the chair. It comfortably rests on the head rest of the chair.
