How hard is it to put together ?

1.Take off the black caps on the end of each axle. No where does it mention that. 2.Throw away those two black caps. This exposes a metal rod with a small channel carved about 1/4 inch from the end of the rod. 3. Push the wheels onto the little rod. The large round button on the wheel should be facing out. This button is immovable. press the wheel onto the rod. 4. You will hear a click when it snaps into place. 5.Pull on the wheel to see if it really is attached. 6.As a last effort before calling for help, try moving the little metal clip outward. I know, the illustration seems to show it being pressed to the side. 7. Send it back or call on your seven yr old grandchild to do it for you 8. Wrap it up and give it to someone about whom you are ambivalent as a holiday present.

The Blue pack appears as if it is removable; is it? If so, is it possible to stack boxes containing files without the file containers falling off?

I was able to stack 3 packages of water, 32 bottles (12oz each) in one package, on top of each other and bring them safely into my apartment. The platform will hold up to 110 lbs., that's what the packaging says when you receive the item. It is extremely sturdy. So the answer to your question is yes, I believe you can put up to 3 file boxed on the cart once you remove the liner.

I am looking for an open at the top carrier. I would appreciate knowing the size of the main compartment. H - W - D thanks

Hi. This is not an open at the top carrier. It is sort of a dolly with a fitted canvas bag that acts as the cart and it has a flap and closes over the stuff.

How high is it from the ground to the platform? Or what is the diameter of the wheels?

lightweight and sturdy - makes walking shopping home a very easy task

I like how robust this trolley is - making me no longer have to restrict my fruit and veg purchases on the basis of weight. Also allows me to easily bring back multi packs. The modern design makes me delighted to take it out for an outing and I can now but things I used to get delivered such as planting compost. I love this so much that I am tempted to buy a spare as it is now an essential item for me.

Big wheels!

Good quality dolly with nice big, relatively quiet wheels and folds down well. Bag isn’t finished well in places; picture shows that in one of the pockets the lining hadn’t been sewn in properly but I can fix that myself, so be sure to check yours carefully. Seems fine otherwise.

Could of been better

I'd expect more from an expensive trolley. The bag material seems cheap and thin - the frame could of been designed differently to others in a way to show itself as premium frame. The wheels are decent and soft holding. Unsure about stability on heavy weight load but it's definitely not worth the price tag maybe 50%
