I bought this for my 4 year old who has been having some scaly rough patches of skin on her hands and body. After 2 days of using this all the spots have softened! This has given me such a relief as I was so worried about her. Definitely will buy more of this.

This is the best cream for dry hands my husband and I suffer from dry skin and dermatitis and alot of creams seem to make our hands red and itchy or just dry out again but this is brilliant very good for sensitive skin but u need to use it alot no creams work using just once!

This cream is very good if you have just dry skin, my son has quite bad eczema, and it hasn’t really healed, it makes it look less sore for about an hour and then I have to put loads more on. I want to say everyone’s skin is different, I use it on my hands and it helps with my very dry hands and arms etc.. but my sons eczema may be too severe for this product, it is good, just not for my son. That’s the only reason I haven’t given five stars, I just have to get a cream that works for him.

My daughter was suffering with really dry skin and nothing was working. Within 24 hours there was a noticeable difference to her skin and it was looking more hydrated. After a few days her eczema began to return and the cream was having less of an effect but combined with short term use of hydrocortisone cream we now have it under control and this cream is keeping the skin moisturised.

Some People can have allergic reactions, but actually is not too bad.

My daughters eczema flares up often, this seems to help with the dryness but doesn’t get rid of the redness or itchiness
