A great experience straight out of the box!!
This guitar played amazingly well straight out of the box. This is a high quality instrument that is perfect for an intermediate guitarist. The sound is sweet and the setup was perfect out to the box. The guitar comes with a top quality gig bag. The gig bag has a closet hanger which makes it perfect for storage. The guitar shipped with a custom cut piece of foam for the head-stock. I used Velcro to semi-permanently attach that piece into the gig bag so that the head-stock would always be protected during transport. I'm really thrilled with this purchase: the quality, the features, the color and the attention to detail makes this a 5-star rating all around. i added a set of DR Hi-Def neon Multi-color strings to make her my own. Buy this guitar!! you will be impressed!!!

I sent mine back.
The top is a much brighter red color than the photo online. The match of the woods was a little off, but still beautiful. The whammy bar felt cheap and wanted to slip out as you pulled back on it. I ended up sending mine back when I discovered some of the frets sounded buzzy no matter how hard you pressed them. It sounded looked and felt great otherwise. I’m assuming a just got a lemon. I think I’ll be upgrading to a more expensive fixed bridge American made model rather than trying to get another se.

I am absolutely in love with this guitar
I've owned, played, and adored a left handed Epiphone Les Paul Standard for 10 years now.THIS THING PLAYS LIKE BUTTERThe coil splitting ability has also negated my need to pick up my Squire StratLOVE LOVE LOVEI cannot not recommend it enough to any lefty looking for a versatile instrument without breaking the bank

Love this guitar
Doesn't look like the picture. Hit up youtube for what this really looks like. Plays like a dream. Looks fantastic and feels great in the hand. Everything I wanted and more. Could hold tune a little better but still does fine in that area.

Looks great, plays great, sounds great !
If you have always wanted a PRS and couldn't afford one. Or couldn't find one because you were left handed, cheer up. This is a fantastic guitar in every aspect. Not only in direct comparison to all my other guitars. Gibson Les Paul(s), SG, ES335, Fender, Strat, Tele, and so forth, but in direct comparison to my PRS 2007 Custom 24 10 Top. Which cost $3764.00 when purchased. This PRS SE Custom is identical to the original Custom 24 with the exception of, the 5 way control switch , this one doesn't have. But does have Push/Pull Tone Control for Coil Tapping. Which adds some real punch. This guitar is made in Korea with a bolt on neck versus the American made model. The SE one comes with a gig bag versus a hard shell case. Otherwise, this guitar is an exceptional guitar in every way. It plays great, sounds great, and looks great. The fret board is as smooth as a baby's butt. The action is low, and the setup is perfect right out of the box. All I had to do was tune it about a half step up. Whether you order a right or left handed version of this guitar, if you want a PRS, this should be the one you buy. The 10 Top I paid $3764.00 for, won't fetch half that today. So as far as it being made in Korea bothering you. don't. Just get yourself a great playing PRS plug it into something and enjoy it. It comes with a padded gig bag. An instrument cable, an adjustment tool for the truss rod, and even an extra spring. I would honestly recommend this to anyone who plays guitar, especially if undecided between a Fender or Gibson. The PRS is the best of both worlds if you like both Fender Strats & Gibson Les Pauls, because you are getting both. Bought mine here on Amazon Jan. 2018, and have hardly touched my other guitars.

Amazing guitar
This is a great guitar. It plays great, it sounds great, it looks great. Every dimension and feature has been carefully planned out, and the overall quality is top-notch. I actually can't think of a single thing I would change.

Stunning guitar
Firstly, this guitar look far better in real life. The pictures don’t do it justice. Straight out the box the setup was perfect. No fret buzz. The neck feels really nice and comfortable. It feels kind of familiar. Not too thick and not too thin. I like that you can adjust the tuning keys to make them stiffer or lighter when tuning although I’ll probably put some locking tuners on there. The trem feels good and stays in tune. My only negative comments would be 1: the input jack. It came loose within a day but with a little locktite that’s that sorted. Pretty common on most guitars. And 2: the pickups. Not my cup of tea. The sounded too fizzy and wasn’t gappy with them. Tried adjusting height and the pole pieces but still fizzy. Also tried 2 different amps but still don’t like the higher gain sounds. To be fair, the cleans were pleasant but just not the higher gain sounds. I put a jb in there and what a difference. The clarity, tone and harmonics are awesome. Love the feel and the sound. The build quality is top notch. Probably the best out the box I’ve had and I’ve had a few higher end famous brands that needed either a proper setup including new nut and saddles filed to another guitar needing a full setup and fret level.Definitely buy another PRS SE and would recommend to anyone one of these guitars.

You will not get a better guitar for sub £700 than one of these
Unregretable purchase, bought on 27/8/2019, delivered 29/82019, played for over 3 hours without a break, smooth as silk, this will be my main guitar from now on, such a pleasure to play, if you are looking for a mid range priced guitar then look no further. I highly recommend this prs se 24 whether you are a novice, intermediate or professional player. Happy playing🎸🎸🎸
