I've owned this comb for over 10 years now and its still going strong. The spiral prongs help remove even the most stubborn of head lice. Effective and highly durable, great value for money.

Item itself is good, but overpriced for what it is.

Even though as a comb it works well removing all the lice, it has a small gap where the lice, eggs and dirt get stuck and is quite hard to clean.
