ボールペンを制服と一緒に洗濯してしまい、諦めきれず色々調べてこの商品にたどり着きました。小さなシミはすぐ落ちたけど、大きなシミは薄くはなるけど、1回じゃ落ちませんでした。レビューでも何回か試して落ちたとあったので、根気よく何回か試してみようと思います。本当に落ちてほしい…。 レビューに説明書の同封がないと書いてありましたが、ちゃんと裏のラベルめくれば書いてありました！

It works as described. I just needed to apply it lightly rather than oversoaking the item. Small bottle. Will need to order more.

Apply the product n keep it for half n hour, then dab water on it n brush it .... u will see magic. The product needs to be cleaned withing 1 hr. If kept overnight it dries n stains won't go. Made that mistake. So again applied it n cleaned it. The ball pen marks vanished
