Whoop’s customer service is a joke
The band slides right off the sensor, contacted Whoop. Poor customer service for a service plan that costs $359 per year!!!

Nice band
Nice band! It is more my style than the black one that comes with the whoop. However, I do find that the device does slide back and forth on the “locking” mechanism on the band. Not sure if it’s just user error, or the product. Overall, happy with the band!
