Seller needs better quality control to insure you receive all components
Instructions for cable illustration was not very clear was missing one winch and wheel and had to make 3 trips to home depot to get bolts nuts washers missing.

Only get this if you are good with tools
Only get this if you are good with tools.Had to redrill misplaced holes, incorrect screws in box, no response from tide tamer.Other than that, is fine when you get it all together, but has some manufacturing issues (at least on the one we got)
