Great product!
I used this on a pair of custom-built beetle kill pine barn doors and it made them absolutely beautiful! It brought out the grain and color of the natural wood without making them yellow. And it was super easy to use. Just be sure to wear rubber gloves when applying it - it makes leather gloves almost hard as rock.

Best product I have used to date
Goes on very easy and you need very little of it. It has a slight but not unpleasant odor. It brings out the wood grain nicely and dries beautifully. No stickiness at all! My favorite product to finish wood projects so far!

Easy and beautiful
Super easy to apply and looks great. We will see how well it holds up but I've been very pleased with all the osmo products thus far. I used the thin on this Walnut table that serves as a dog kennel table. Client loves it.

wonderful stuff, and superb customer service
Went on easily, smoothly, no streaks or brush marks - and no stink. A little goes a long way. And this from a can I bought and opened a year and a half ago! The before and after photos tell the story better than I can. And Midwest Flooring's customer service is second to none - they've been very patient and responsive with my emailed questions. Couldn't ask for better service or product.

Very nice product
I got this product to use on a newly sanded floor, though one that is not in pristine and is not precious, so did not need the durability of poly. i read all the reviews and how to apply, tips etc. I opted to roll it on and then wipe in and away the excess with a thick rag towel that pushed it into the grains. I only used ONE COAT. It definitely looked darker at first, even after drying and less dark as the days went by, which is what I was hoping for. REALLY what i was looking for was a product that would NOT darken the beautiful white oak very much at all! But, so far, unless in Europe, or a whole lot more effort here, I could not find it. This does very nicely. The BEST THING: VERY MATTE. I wanted that too. You can see the difference of this product sheen next to a full double-poly coated espresso stained floor. I have already scraped the floor in the corner s bait with furniture feet and you can JUST SEE a rub stripe mark across floor on full room pic: I draged a cabinet on a rug across the floor. So, even through a rug, it dragged out some of this product. But I think if I wanted, i could literally rub a little back in. I DO THINK that if i had done two coats it would have gotten darker. And i really just didn't want any stickiness or any darker. I just needed this low traffic floor to get some conditioning and a little sealing. BARELY got one coat out of this cn for a 9x14 ish room, just FYI. I also used it to rub on to two old black machinery wood casting pieces. Make them look great too! I would recommend this for sure!

The best of the best!
Back for more! This is the best penetrative sealer on the market for all bamboo projects! And even hardwood! You won't be disappointed!

Really easy to work with on new Walnut Furniture
This stuff dries slow enough to work on a whole piece of furniture at one time, but dries faster than more traditional oils. Goes on thin enough that it penetrates and the character of the wood really comes through but it did require three applications to build up a sufficient and consistent satin sheen. This works great for me but someone wanting a faster build or more durability might want to go with Osmo's Polyx Oil. I mixed this product with some of Osmo's Wood wax color oil ("Walnut" color) for the first and second coats and applied this clear by itself for the third and final coat. This was on a combination of veneer and solid walnut used in a media credenza. I'm not sure how this stuff would perform in bathroom or kitchen applications.

Not clear as advertised
I have purchased other osmo products and they were clear. I have used them on my wood porch, so i had no hesitation using them on my white oak kitchen cabinets. Well, this turned my white oak orange. Feels like the 70’s all over again. Beware.

It is exactly the way it said it would be. Easy to apply, dries well and leaves a nice even finish. I will try other types of Osmo products.

All Osmo products are excellent. Low odour, easy to apply, and dry to a very hard finish. Our wooden worktops have been installed for 8 months now, and show no trace of watermarks.

Amazing product . Easy to use and I bought Thai thin oil to penetrate the hard Iroko timber worktop. The look stunning and worktop easy maintained with this product

Applied this very easily to new oak doors and stairs using combination of brush and microfibre cloth. Finish was brilliant adding a bit of depth to the colour of the wood and brought out the grain well. I’ve used both Rustins and Osmo on similar applications not much difference to be honest but would tend to go with Osmo in the future (based on the final finish)
