Is the bottom cushioned?

No. The bottom is just a vinyl liner. It does include an insulating pad that goes under the spa but it is not very "cushioned", it's more for insulation.

Initial set up. when should i do the sanitation part? the cover is on and just added salt waiting for temp to get to 104. cover is on.

It's not super clear in the manual, but just adding the salt will not sanitize the water. You will need to manually or through a schedule, run sanitization, I would do 8 hours for the initial run and then for moderate use a schedule of 5 hours per day. I do my sanitize at midnight and run until 5AM, then I run filter only until around 9AM and then start my heating schedule for the day. If you see an E91 you need to add more salt, if you see an E92 you need to remove some water and add back some water without salt. The manual explains this pretty well on page 13.

Would it Break if my dog jumps on is it durable enough to know

It won’t break if a dog jumps on top. Just make sure their nails are not sharp. If they bite it, that’s a different story. Just came home to both the bladder and the cover destroyed from a single bite.

Surpris de qualité pour son prix

Surpris du rapport qualité prix, le spa est d’une belle qualité, la toile pour couvrir le spa est de bonne qualité. Cela fait 2 semaines que je l’ai parti et tout fonctionne bien. Fonctionne aussi avec une application sur mon cellulaire. J’ai pris la grandeur pour 6, pour 4 on est très bien pour 6 je ne suis pas sur. Faut prévoir un bon 24 h la première fois pour chauffer l’eau, mais après tout va bien.
