Packaging was very nice. I like how it came in a nice bag too. Beautiful color wood and hardware. Very smooth combing, not snagging at all in my beard. Only reason I did not give 5 stars, is the function. After just a couple openings, the pivot screw would come loose, almost falling out. After putting some loc tite on the screw, it seems to be working better.
