How big is the mat its self in cm?

Sorry can't get to a tape measure at present having major house renovations but we mounted my sons on polyboard as it comes in two pieces it works like this and slides under his bed perfectly. Hope that helps. Ps the only issue with spray mounting it is that you can only use one side of the Mat.

Does this come with the standard mat and the expansion mat?

this is a 2 pieces plastic mat, we didn't have anything else with it, no expension mat.
