No, I missed it when I bought them it’s USB 2.0, only buy these for charging USB-C. Limits data to sub 50Mbs

Q: No mention of macbook pro 16”. support?

it is not fully compatible with MacBook pro 16” and can only charge limited charging speeds

Q: Will this work in my car for connecting using Android auto?

For the one saying Android Auto is going away in Android 12, this is only semi-correct. It's only going away for those using the "phone experience" of the app. If you are using a compatible dashboard unit, i.e. your car in this scenario, it's not going away. Posting this in case others need to know. This is as of 8/25/2021
