Shake, and...Grind!
Holds a lot of salt/pepper, but does not take a lot of space. Looks spiffy...Pepper grind is easy to adjust.

Too big and bulky
These are too big and bulky -- they're hard to hold for everyday use at the table, but they're not the right type that chefs and home cooks like to use.

Chrome colored PLASTIC
Description is deceptive- the clear acrylic part is fine but the "chrome" is thin, chrome-like PLASTIC and very cheap looking and feeling. This is way too much money for something that seems so cheap. I am returning this item and will be more careful reading descriptions. Disappointed, yet again, by another "Made in China" product. Amazon PLEASE start requiring a country of origin on your listings!

These are too big for our kitchen dining table. They hold a lot of salt and pepper.

After getting the scratched set replaced, I really like the design, and pepper mill works very nicely.

Loved these to start with.
These look lovely and work well and were a present for my hubby at xmas. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when the top started to go green. I cant seem to find how to get hold of the seller.
