Q: How many boxes will cover dining room 9/16ft and living room 12/18ft? Will it be any extra planks leftover from my measurements?

Your dining room requires 2 2/3 d boxes ( so 3 boxes) and your living room you need exactly 4 boxes. Total 7 boxes and you should have a few planks extra. Thanks!

Q: is any preparation necessary for the floor? I will be ripping out carpet. Some indicated the tiles didn't stick. Is extra adhesive necessary?

Generally extra adhesive is not necessary. In some cases if the subfloor is not perfectly clean or if you are trying to install over an extremely smooth surfaces it may be required.

Q: I want to install these on tiles. Do they leave the tiles sticky when I remove them?

Yes, they would leave a sticky residue - they have a strong adhesive - they are permanent flooring, not easily removeable

Q: How many boxes do I need for Bedroom 92 inch width 134 inch length Living room 188 inch length 134 inch width
