Does this watch have a perpetual calendar?

It has the day in English and Spanish and the date; but is not what is considered perpetual. The date cycles through 31 days, regardless of the month, so adjustment is required on 5 months of the year.

Is it white from the inside or silver ? In some pictures i see it silver in other white ! Please explain
