商品がドロドロ
購入した商品が手元に届き、缶を開けてみると、3つ全てのリップバームが溶け出しており、缶の中がベトベトの状態で非常にガッカリした。バーム自体も、ベトベトで開封しづらかったが、状態を確かめるべく頑張って開けたら、やはりドロドロで偏って固まっていた。もったいないので使うにしても、非常に不快なほどドロドロベタベタ。大好きな商品であったため、こんな酷い状態で届いたことで、とても嫌な気持ちです。
