Can this product be kept in a car over an extended period, even in very cold conditions?

I read that it should NOT be kept in the car in very HOT conditions from the literature provided with the chair cushion.

Do it work for uper back placement?

The Back Cushion has a nice strap to put around most chairs and is adjustable for each chair to put whatever height you want on the chair.
