Is this game supposed to come with four colors of ducks? My set came with two bags of blue ducks, one of yellow, and one of white.

Your game must have come with an extra blue bag and was missing the bag of pink ducks

Will the expansion fit in the base game box?

From what I saw when we got it this week, I think you’d be fine. The extra ducks can go into the UFO easily. You get two extra game boards for additional players, and then there are the new cards. If it is tight, some internal packaging may be removed to make it fit more perfectly.
