Perfect for 40 inch long dog - Air France - US to France
I bought the 48 inch crate for my 84 pound chocolate lab for an Air France flight Washington DC to Paris. It was accepted with no discussion. It has all that was asked, I just had to remove the wheels which are super easy to place and remove as they slide in (don’t push them all the way). Holes present for zip ties placing.I was scared of the door mechanism but in the end it worked perfectly. My dog is 40 inch long, the crate was the great size for her comfort. She could lay down and sit upright. Plus he crate made it undamaged which I guess is probably a combination of good material but also careful handling by airport personnel.Full metal bolts and Additional bolts were included just in case which is appreciated.

Perfect for flight
This carrier was great for the airport. Met all the requirements and it was actually much larger than I needed. The wheels were a great touch to make it easy to get around town. It also came with the live animal stickers.

Excellent dog kennel for traveling
Seems very durable and our 80 lb lab fit comfortably in it. Easy to put together, door can be installed either direction, and it has handles and wheels to help wheel it around at the airport.

My favorite brand to date!!
The media could not be loaded. I decided to take a chance on this size because I have a Golden Retriever who measured 36" x 30" (L x H). It was hard to get her to stand still but I figured I was pretty close. The order came in 3 days early and I was quite surprised when I saw the box on my porch when I got home (the box is huge)! After opening it up, I was amazed at the quality of the crate! The plastic seems sturdy, the wheels were better than expected, and the extras (live animal stickers, metal hardware, and the food/water bowls) made this a win!Putting it together only took 5 minutes and it comes with clear instructions that has pictures for reference. I didn't run into any issues, but I did realize that I had put the metal screws in backwards (they are made to go from the bottom up because the crate has a square cutout on the bottom bin and the screws have a square top end to help them tighten). As for the features, the door hinges could be a little longer, but I do not think it compromises the integrity of the door unless you have an aggressive animal. It would take a lot of force to push the door out of the holes that allow it to swivel open. It does have sturdy vents on the other 3 sides (it is required by most airlines). On the top, there are 2 handles made for carrying the empty crate. They are not made to carry the crate with an animal inside. I do love that you can lock 2 of the wheels to keep it from moving. I just offset them to stabilize the entire container.Overall, I would give this crate 5 stars! I am definitely happy with my purchase and would definitely buy this brand again. My dog seems to like it as well. After setting it up, I put it in the living room and she went to it naturally. After putting a few of her blankets and toy inside (I originally put a small bowl of food on the inside), this seems like this is her new favorite place to go. For now, I am keeping the door open to allow her to go and come as freely as she would like. There are crating instructions with the crate that will help guide you in this process (plus you can watch YouTube....there are a ton of videos that say the same thing).***The picture of her inside the cage is with her overly stretched out. She would be more than comfortable if she was sleeping normally.***

Easy to assemble.
9.5/10. Just a squeaky door latch.Easy to put together. We were able to use it for airplane travel on Alaska Airlines. We used only the side clips while crate training at home. Took it apart and folded it into itself when driving to airport. It only fit in the minivan, not the SUV (Audi Q5) we were loaned at our destination. We only used the bolts for the actual flight. The wheels are useful for moving it around the house/in the car, but you have to take them off for TSA. The edges of the wheel housing were already showing signs of wear, but it’s only the covering. It appears to not be a structural problem, but I will review if that’s the case. The XXL fit our 60lbs poodle comfortably. She now uses it regularly to escape our toddler. We still give her treats in the crate to reinforce create = good.Like that the door can be flipped to open either way. The door mechanism squeaks, and I’m not sure how to fix that. It’s just loud enough to wake the kid, so can’t give it a perfect score. I think spraying WD-40 might fix it, but knowing my luck it would actually break it, so the squeaking stays.

Great product. Used for animal air travel.
Brilliant item. Used to fly a German shephard from USA to Paris, great quality and comes with all airline requirements. Aside from the quality and room for animal comfort, the price compared to buying direct from the airline was significantly less too. Would highly recommend!

Not durable or secure.
I’m not sure how this is FAA rated for large dogs. Mine, who is not aggressive at all, was able to chew through the plastic holding the metal windows and escape. This is not secure at all and now I’m out $400.

Big enough for Bullmastiff
Great kennel for my vehicle. I have a 2024 KIA Carnival and the third row of seats is pushed down. This kennel is huge and big enough for my 145 pound male Bullmastiff. Fits perfectly in my vehicle.
