Very easy to use, much easier than the one you have to mix. Just be careful not to let the applicator drip. And the color is very good.

I love to use this Root Rescue for inbetween salon visits, when I just want to touch up the grey in my roots. It works fantastic and covers my grays nicely and looks like I just came from a salon. I always use the Dark Auburn Red color. I highly recommend this root color!

I was amazed at how easy this root color system was to use. I used the brush tip. Most of my silver hair is on the crown and sides of my head. I have very long hair, so I brushed it all out, divided and clipped up. I did not do the back of my head under the crown area, as there’s no silver there. I first brushed onto the hair framing my face, then went to the back area and moved forward. I used one entire bottle for the area I did. If you’re dying all of your roots, you will need both bottles. Once I got into the shower to rinse off, I added a bit of water and mixed everything together for a few minutes to get some color into all of my hair. I have a “skunk” stripe and was surprised that this color actually took. I used the 4R and it blended well with my current color. I will be purchasing again.
