Elama Stoneware Round Oval Dinnerware Dish Set, Ocean Blue

I love the style and color of these dishes. Very good quality and received very quickly. They were a great value for the money. They are dishwasher and microwave safe! Would highly recommend these dishes to anyone wanting this style/color.

Ordered two boxes of this set and we are quite happy with them. I knew we weren't getting the most luxurious dinnerware on earth, and so my expectations were not through the roof, but they still managed to impress me. The colors and patterns are gorgeous and vibrant; the shape is unique and pleasing (although they can be a mini-puzzle to stack); and the weight is solid but not HEAVY. They are a little thinner and lighter than I expected, but still sturdy enough for a family with a teenager. Considering their long journey from China, I expected some broken pieces, and was thrilled to find only one piece of the 32 had a tiny little chip in it. I emailed their warranty service, so we'll see how that goes.Bonus: they are double-boxed and individually separated with cardboard, so all the packaging is recyclable.

We ordered two sets. These dishes work perfectly with my rustic/old world dining room set. The brown is a dark chocolate and the blue is a pretty turquoise. The dinner plates seemed a little smaller, but when we compared them to the eating surface of our other plates (which have a rim) it was actually larger. And because they are stoneware, they are a little heavier. So we didn't mind the smaller size. The curvy sides make them unique as well. I can see them working for several different kinds of home designs or motifs. All in all, we're very happy with them.

I absolutely love my mystic waves dinnerware set. They are prettier than the picture. Bought two sets and unfortunately two bowls were broke during shipment. Customer service gladly shipped me two new bowls at no cost. Highly recommend this company.

Well packed even though the shipping boxes looked pretty beat up, the manufacturer went the distance on the inner boxes so no worries- I bought two sets, nothing chipped in either shipment. They took a classic style and married it to a modern turquoise glaze in a style that is ultra modern, the result is elegance in a daily use plate. For the money, this is one of the better deals I have made in a few years. Judging these sets against the set of 25 year old stoneware they replace, the new dishes seem to be as heavy and have the same semi gloss that resists chips. I think I will be happy with these for years.One note, the dinner plates are not round but a slight oval. Make sure you stack them so that the long parts align over each other in the stack. You can feel if you get it wrong because the upper plate will rock. Not a big issue if you only stack one or two wrong but I have eight and I thought I might break one if I stacked the bottom one wrong. They're so pretty I get protective. Plus, the kids finally moved out and I'm having fantasies of still having a complete and unbroken set of anything for more than a week or two. Now I'm off to replace the stainless steel pots and pans the kids somehow managed to stain. And we're talking college graduates...

I needed a new set of dishes to replace our set we have had for years that were chipped and fading. These were just so stunning. They look so fancy! I ordered two sets. I see a lot of reviews about the bigger plates being small. Honestly they seem like normal sized plates to me. I compared them to our current ones and they were the exact same size. All of the pieces feel sturdy/solid. Everything looked really true to the listing pictures.My only small complaint is that I did have some color differences in the mugs, which I’ve shared in the picture. It’s not really a big deal to me, but it may be to someone else. Only one mug out of the first set I received was a slightly different color. We haven’t received the second set yet, but I’ll update my review if there are more color differences. There were no color differences in the plates and bowls.You do need to work a bit harder when stacking the plates, as they do have to be a certain way to stack correctly.But overall I’m thrilled with them. They look gorgeous. We’ve put them in the dishwasher many times over the past few days and everything seems to be fine. The picture of the chocolate chip cookie is the smaller plate and the picture of the elf on the plate is the larger plate. My kids left the milk and cookies for Santa on the big plate and then I guess our elf decided to eat some hahahaha! Anyway that should give some of you an idea of the scale.
