Is this a bright green color?

Yes It Is, color is bright green.

What is the expiration date?

Expiration date is printed on front of the package (day, month, year). My came over year before expiration date.

Why is the weight on the package different from the weight in the description? Also the package says fenugreek not blue fenugreek.

Because 1.78 oz is 50 grams. ANd how is translated from different language. I am using this spice long time.
