I wanted to love this product so much and I did when we first got it. But a month after every day use, the nozzle fell off. Then even if we put it back in, as soon as we pump anything it false right off.

Matches with my countertop perfectly but the pump sticks something terrible. Hoping it loosens up as time goes on.

Love the look- heavy too with great spout. 4 stars vs 5 due to bottom silver ring coming unglued time and again!

Looks good but the spout is tilted when on. Also staring to leave a red ring from the top? Think its oxidizing the metal from the soap inside.

Don't have a built-in soap dispenser in my kitchen. Have a quartz countertop that looks like marble, so this was a perfect find. The bottom silver "tray" fell off pretty quickly, but it didn't effect it's overall look or functionality.

This dispenser does not dispense the soap either at all or does so with lots of pumping. When it does dispense soap, the soap comes out with force and goes on top of my vanity! I thought perhaps it could be the soap that I was using (designed for hand soap dispensers), so I added water to it to make the soap thinner. The problem STILL persists! Also, the dispenser sometimes oozes a greenish substance and it difficult to keep clean. I gave it 1 star for looks, but not worth the effort to use it.

I was a bit scared that it would be damaged during shipping but it came in once piece and it goes perfectly with our other decor.

This was my third try for this dispenser and toothbrush holder, as two others leaked and stained my brand new bathroom counter. This third one rusted out on the bottom and left a stain on the white counter that cannot be removed. Although attractive, this is a faulty design, as the bottom metal part is prone to leak and rusting. Unfortunately this is beyond the return period and I am stuck with two unusable soap dispensers and two toothbrush holders.
