This is a great machine, does everything my gas compressor does only better, don’t have to pull the rope starter or mess with gas and oil. It is not noisy, so glad i made the purchase. I am 82 years old and really appreciate the convience.

I took time out of my busy day to try this product, but after comparing it with my existing 1800 PSI unit, I couldn’t notice any difference at all. This is clearly a scam. The performance doesn’t come anywhere close to the claimed 5000 PSI / 3.5 GPM.The fact that I now have to return it, waste my time, and rearrange my schedule is extremely frustrating.It’s truly irresponsible for Amazon to allow a product like this to be sold without proper verification.

Nowhere in the manual that I can find says that the pressure is 5000 psi. It does feel like a toy when you unbox it. It's best feature is that it is lightweight. The wheels are more for show. You just pick it up and place it where you want. Another hidden point is that the manual says not to run it at full power for more than 15 minutes. Most deck and patio jobs take much longer. I debated on only 3 stars but girlfriend loves how lightweight it is and how it's easier to move around than the other unit we have. Not sure on durability but at the cost point not sure it was meant to last.

I purchased it because I wanted something that would get the job done without complication. I used it, it got the job done without complication. Cleaned all of my concrete surfaces without any headache. I feel it was a good investment and have no regrets with this purchase.

Great product. Even better value for the money. It works as well as my father’s gas powered pressure washer.

I bought this power washer because:1. No assembly.2. I like the idea of the handle working like a suitcase so you can roll without bending over.3. Like the built in little nook that holds the nozzles so you don’t lose them.4. Love the push buttons so you can easily adjust from low to medium or high and power is great.Power washer works great BUT:1. Wheel fell off pulling it down driveway. I could understand this if I assembled the wheel. Tried to snap it back on but it fell off again. There is a screw in the hub of the wheel that is protruding from the inside. Screw is encapsulated so you can’t screw it from outside. There is also a rim around screw the goes over hub so you can’t tell if you have screwed the wheel back on or not. I put some glue on the screw and tried to turn wheel while holding down the wheel the best I could. If it doesn’t hold, I’ll have to return unit.2. There is one hook that holds the power cord so you have to roll it up tight enough so it does not drag on ground. I ended up wrapping it around pull handle. End of cord should have a stay so you can hook it onto cord so it doesn’t unwind.3. There is a hook to hold plastic sprayer bottle when not in use but it drags on the ground when you are rolling unit.These things should not happen. It appears to be cheaply made.
