So let me start off by saying I received an email from the company because I put in the notes what I wanted on this water bottle l, I didn’t see it offered. They sent MULTIPLE suggestions for me to choose from. Well the bottle is beautiful. It also came EARLY!! Now I want to order me one!! I cruise soon and I’m sure it would be here in time!! Love love it!! Gorgeous!!

I personalized bottles for a family of 6-- they loved it. The appearance and customer service was great. The water bottle caps are not very durable and may break when taking out of the package (or be broken in shipment) The company is quick to send a replacement.

I like the quality of the engraving. They were given to three cousins whom we haven't seen in a long time (twins who are 11 and one 14 year old boy)

My son loves this!!!! It really keeps things hot/cold for extended periods of time. & adding the personal touch is nice too.

The monogram on the bottle was great . I wished it wasn't a screwed on lid a pop up would have been better overall it is a nice water bottle

The water bottle was ok, but the engraving was poor. Can't hardly read some of the grand children's name. I bought 8 for Easter. Would have made them redo if I had time
